Nestlé collaborates with over 100,000 farmers, including those involved in dairy, coffee, spices, wheat, sugarcane, and rice production, supported by strong supplier partnerships. The company operates nine factories across India, manufacturing products that reach consumers through a network of 10,000 distributors and redistributors, serving 5.2 million retail outlets.
Societal Initiatives
Nestlé India’s societal initiatives have positively impacted more than 16 million lives through various programs. These include nutrition awareness initiatives, education programs, waste management efforts, access to clean drinking water, sanitation projects, feeding support, and training for street food vendors on food safety and hygiene.
