Appointment Details
The appointment, made by the Central Government, is for a period of three years from the date of assumption of office. Prior to this appointment, Pandey served as the Executive Director at Bank of Maharashtra.
Pandey’s Background
Pandey brings with him over 27 years of experience in the banking sector, having started his career with the erstwhile Corporation Bank. His expertise spans across diverse portfolios including Credit, Treasury, and Merchant Banking.
He is also a tech-savvy banker and has played a key role in driving digital transformation through innovative solutions. Pandey holds a Post Graduation in Management with specialization in Finance & Marketing and is an alumnus of IIM Bangalore.
