The Ministry of Railways has received ex-post facto approval from the Competent Authority regarding the appointment of Shri Harbrinder Singh Bajwa as the Director (Domestic Division) of Container Corporation of India Ltd. (CONCOR). Mr. Bajwa, currently serving as ED(FM) at the Railway Board, will hold this additional charge for a period of 09 months, effective from March 1, 2026, or until a regular successor is appointed, whichever occurs first.

The Ministry of Railways communicated that the Competent Authority has officially sanctioned the assignment for Shri Harbrinder Singh Bajwa, who is an IRTS officer and currently serves as the Executive Director (Financial Management) at the Railway Board.
Terms of Appointment
The appointment, which received ex-post facto approval, is valid for a duration of 09 months, starting retrospectively from March 1, 2026. Mr. Bajwa assumed these additional responsibilities alongside his existing role at the Railway Board to ensure continuity in the leadership of the Domestic Division. This arrangement will remain in effect until the appointment of a regular incumbent to the position or until further official directives are issued by the authorities.
