Commissioned on May 10, 2026, the project was executed by the company’s wholly-owned stepdown subsidiary, Adani Green Energy Twenty Five C Limited. This development marks a significant expansion in the company’s clean energy portfolio, further solidifying its operational footprint in the Khavda region.

Expanding Renewable Energy Capacity

Adani Green Energy Limited has officially announced the commencement of operations for its latest solar power project. The 150 MW facility, situated in Khavda, Gujarat, reached operational status on May 10, 2026. The project was brought online following all necessary clearances, with generation activities beginning at 7:40 p.m. on the same day.

Impact on Operational Portfolio

With this new installation, the company has reached a total operational renewable generation capacity of 19,735.8 MW. This milestone represents a key step in the organization’s growth strategy. In addition to its solar capacity, the company maintains a robust portfolio with a total operational BESS (Battery Energy Storage System) capacity of 1,376 MWh, highlighting its ongoing commitment to balancing and scaling renewable energy solutions.
