Oberoi Realty Limited has concluded FY26 on a robust note, reporting significant growth in both annual and quarterly financial metrics. The company achieved a consolidated annual revenue of Rs. 6,304.27 crore, driven by steady residential sales and improved leasing activity. With strong demand in the premium real estate segment and successful operations in its retail portfolio, the firm remains strategically positioned for further expansion and planned project launches in the upcoming FY27.

Fiscal Year 2026 Financial Performance

Oberoi Realty has announced strong results for the year ended March 31, 2026. The company recorded a consolidated revenue of Rs. 6,304.27 crore, up from Rs. 5,474.17 crore in the previous fiscal year. Profitability also saw a notable increase, with Profit Before Tax (PBT) rising to Rs. 3,275.61 crore and Profit After Tax (PAT) reaching Rs. 2,507.64 crore, compared to Rs. 2,224.05 crore in FY25.

Quarterly Highlights

The final quarter of the fiscal year (Q4FY26) demonstrated exceptional momentum. Revenue for the quarter surged to Rs. 1,823.71 crore, compared to Rs. 1,213.33 crore in the same period last year. The company’s PAT for Q4FY26 stood at Rs. 704.68 crore, showing a substantial increase from the Rs. 432.50 crore reported in Q4FY25.

Strategic Outlook and Operational Success

Mr. Vikas Oberoi, CMD of Oberoi Realty, highlighted that the company’s performance is supported by steady residential sales and a diversified portfolio. The commercial segment witnessed increased leasing traction, while the retail vertical saw Sky City Mall complete a successful first year of operations. Looking ahead to FY27, the company remains committed to strategic additions across key markets and is preparing for several planned project launches.
