On a standalone basis, the company reported a total income of ₹2,281.76 crore with a net profit after tax of ₹1,029.04 crore for the same period.

Dividend Recommendation

Reflecting on the strong annual performance, the Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of ₹8 per equity share. This dividend, based on a face value of ₹2 per share, is subject to the approval of shareholders at the company’s upcoming 24th Annual General Meeting. Internal Audit and Governance

In addition to the financial results, the Board has approved the re-appointment of M/s. Mittal & Associates as the Internal Auditor of the company for the FY 2026-27. Operational Context

The company continues to maintain a strong Core Settlement Guarantee Fund (SGF), which totaled ₹1,367.29 crore as of March 31, 2026. This fund, contributed by both the Clearing Corporation and the Exchange, serves as a vital safeguard to ensure the integrity of settlement processes and protect market participants.
