Innova Captab Limited Strong Financial Growth Driven by CDMO and Branded Generics Success

Innova Captab Limited has reported a strong performance for the financial year ending March 31, 2026, achieving its highest-ever annual revenue. The company recorded ₹1,630 crore in annual revenue, marking a 31% year-on-year growth. This momentum was supported by a 42% revenue surge in the final quarter. Robust growth across both CDMO services and branded generics business segments, alongside successful commercialization of the Jammu facility, has solidified the company’s strong market position.

Annual Financial Highlights

For the fiscal year 2026 (FY26), Innova Captab Limited delivered impressive financial results. The company reported annual revenue from operations of ₹1,630 crore, a significant 31% increase over the previous year. Profitability remained strong, with an annual EBITDA of ₹250 crore (15.4% margin) and a Profit After Tax (PAT) of ₹141 crore (8.6% margin).

Quarterly Performance Analysis

The fourth quarter of the financial year (January-March 2026) saw a 42% year-on-year revenue growth, reaching ₹447.8 crore. The quarter’s EBITDA stood at ₹66.7 crore with a margin of 14.9%, while PAT for the quarter reached ₹38.1 crore, reflecting a 29% year-on-year increase.

Strategic Growth Drivers

The company’s growth was primarily fueled by two main business segments. The CDMO services segment saw a 41% year-on-year growth in Q4, driven by a diversified product portfolio and deeper engagement with marquee clients. Simultaneously, the branded generics business showcased robust performance with a 51% growth in FY26, highlighting the effectiveness of the company’s distribution strategies in both domestic and international markets.

Operational Expansion and Capabilities

A key milestone in FY26 was the successful first full year of operations at the Kathua, Jammu manufacturing facility. With an investment of over ₹480 crore, this state-of-the-art facility includes four independent manufacturing blocks. Furthermore, the company received critical quality certifications, including UK-MHRA for its Baddi facility and PIC/S for the Jammu plant, which significantly enhance its ability to compete in highly regulated global markets. The company now manages a portfolio of over 4,200 products and serves a network of 350+ CDMO customers globally.
