For the full FY26, Escorts Kubota Limited achieved a consolidated revenue of ₹11,540.3 crore, representing a 12.7% growth compared to the previous year. The company’s focus on operational efficiencies and market penetration led to an EBIDTA of ₹1,513.0 crore on a standalone basis, up by 28.5%. The total reported PAT of ₹2,408.6 crore underscores a transformative year for the organization.
Quarterly Performance Review
During Q4 FY26 (January–March 2026), the company recorded standalone revenue of ₹2,950.7 crore, a 21.4% increase on a year-on-year basis. Standalone PAT for the quarter was ₹324.8 crore, reflecting a 29.6% year-on-year improvement for continuing operations. While quarterly revenue saw a 9.5% decline compared to the previous quarter (Q3 FY26), the year-on-year growth trajectory remains strong.
Segment Insights
The Agri Machinery Products segment remains the primary revenue driver, contributing 85% to the total operating revenue in FY26. The tractor business saw a 15.7% increase in total volumes to 1,33,670 units for the full year. Conversely, the Construction Equipment segment faced headwinds, with volumes decreasing by 10.6% to 5,794 units for the year, although the business continues to serve as a critical component of the company’s long-term infrastructure strategy.
Dividend Announcement
Reflecting the company’s strong cash position and commitment to shareholder value, the Board has recommended a final dividend of ₹33.0 per share. Combined with the previously declared special dividend of ₹18.0 per share, the total dividend payout for the year stands at ₹51.0 per share.
