Gateway Distriparks Limited has reported its financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The company achieved a consolidated annual profit of ₹259.36 crore, supported by robust operations in its Inter-Modal Container Logistics and Cold-chain Logistics segments. The Board of Directors finalized the results during its meeting on May 07, 2026, amid ongoing expansion efforts and strategic project developments.
Annual Financial Performance
For the financial year ended March 31, 2026, the company reported consolidated total revenue from operations of ₹2,211.82 crore. The net profit attributable to owners reached ₹255.66 crore, with an annual basic earnings per share of ₹5.12. These results follow a period of strategic integration, particularly with the transition of Snowman Logistics into a subsidiary.
Segment Breakdown
The company now operates across two distinct reportable segments. The Inter-Modal Container Logistics segment continues to be the primary revenue driver, contributing ₹1,612.95 crore to annual revenue. The newer Cold-chain Logistics and Distribution segment generated ₹598.87 crore, reflecting the company’s diversified service portfolio following the acquisition of control over Snowman Logistics.
Strategic Developments and Projects
The company is actively pursuing the establishment of a new Inland Container Depot (ICD) project in Jaipur. Despite facing challenges regarding land parcel attachments under the Prohibition of Benami Property Transactions Act, the company remains confident in its legal position and maintains that no provisioning is required for the ₹8.66 crore advance paid for the project. The management is also working toward resolving various demand notices, including those related to land license fees for its Garhi facility and past Service Exports from India Scheme (SEIS) benefits.
Shareholder Returns
During the fiscal year 2025-26, the company demonstrated a strong commitment to shareholder value. It declared and paid a first interim dividend of ₹1.25 per share, followed by a second interim dividend of ₹0.75 per share and a special interim dividend of ₹1.25 per share, resulting in a significant payout to equity shareholders.
