Craftsman Automation Q4 FY26 Results, Dividend Recommendation, and Leadership Reappointments

Craftsman Automation Limited reported strong financial growth for the financial year ending 31 March 2026. The company announced a final dividend of 225%, amounting to Rs. 11.25 per equity share. Furthermore, the board confirmed the re-appointment of key leadership figures, including the Chairman and Managing Director, for another five-year term, and approved the company’s 40th Annual General Meeting to be held via video conference on 23 July 2026.

Annual Financial Performance Highlights

For the financial year ended 31 March 2026, Craftsman Automation reported a robust performance. The company achieved a consolidated total revenue of Rs. 8,13,063 lakhs, compared to Rs. 5,71,555 lakhs in the previous year. The consolidated profit for the period stood at Rs. 38,399 lakhs, marking a significant increase from Rs. 20,087 lakhs reported for the fiscal year ended 31 March 2025. On a standalone basis, revenue for the year reached Rs. 4,85,127 lakhs with a net profit of Rs. 22,147 lakhs.

Dividend and Strategic Developments

Reflecting the strong fiscal performance, the Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of 225%, which equates to Rs. 11.25 per equity share of Rs. 5 each for the financial year 2026. This recommendation remains subject to approval by shareholders at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.

The company also highlighted strategic operational updates, including the acquisition of Suprash Developers Private Limited and its subsidiary Srikara Technologies Private Limited by its subsidiary DR Axion India Limited. Additionally, the company is progressing with a composite scheme of arrangement involving the amalgamation of its wholly-owned subsidiary, DR Axion India Limited, into Sunbeam Lightweighting Solutions Limited.

Leadership and Governance Updates

The Board has confirmed the re-appointment of Mr. Srinivasan Ravi as the Chairman and Managing Director and Mr. Ravi Gauthamram as the Whole Time Director, both for a new five-year term commencing 1 October 2026. Additionally, Mr. Arjun Shridhar has been appointed as a member of the company’s senior management team, serving as the General Manager for the Technology Development Division.

Upcoming Annual General Meeting

Craftsman Automation will convene its 40th Annual General Meeting on Thursday, 23 July 2026. The meeting will be conducted exclusively via Video Conference (VC) or Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). The Register of Members will remain closed from 17 July 2026 to 23 July 2026 for dividend purposes, with 16 July 2026 set as the record date for determining shareholder eligibility.
