Leadership Transition
The company announced a transition in its corporate leadership. Mr. S Dhanvanth Kumar, the former Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, stepped down effective May 7, 2026, due to health reasons. The Board has appointed Mr. Thulsidass T V as the new Vice President, General Counsel, and Company Secretary, effective immediately. In a move to ensure continuity in financial governance, the Board has re-appointed Messrs. M M NISSIM & CO LLP as the Joint Statutory Auditors of the company. Their re-appointment is for a term of five consecutive financial years, covering the period from the 65th Annual General Meeting until the conclusion of the 70th Annual General Meeting.
