Financial Performance Highlights
For the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026, MRF Limited achieved a standalone revenue from operations of Rs 30,652.08 crore, compared to Rs 27,665.22 crore in the previous year. The standalone net profit for the year stood at Rs 2,355.40 crore, up from Rs 1,822.55 crore in FY2025. On a consolidated basis, the company reported an even stronger revenue of Rs 31,149.01 crore with a net profit of Rs 2,426.10 crore, demonstrating consistent growth across its group entities.
Dividend Distribution
The Board has recommended a final dividend of Rs 229 per share (a 2,290% payout) for the face value of Rs 10 per share. Combined with the two interim dividends already paid of Rs 3 per share each, the total dividend payout for the financial year amounts to Rs 235 per share, reflecting a 2,350% dividend yield for shareholders.
Corporate Leadership Transitions
The company announced a change in its secretarial leadership. Mr. S. Dhanvanth Kumar has resigned from his position as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer due to health reasons, effective May 7, 2026. Following this, the Board has appointed Mr. Thulsidass T. V. as the new Vice President, General Counsel, and Company Secretary, effective the same day. Mr. Thulsidass brings over 25 years of experience in legal, secretarial, and compliance functions to the team.
Audit Governance
In a move to maintain continuity in financial reporting, the Board has approved the reappointment of Messrs. M. M. Nissim & Co. LLP as the Joint Statutory Auditors. Their term will span five consecutive financial years, covering the period from the conclusion of the 65th Annual General Meeting through to the conclusion of the 70th Annual General Meeting, subject to final shareholder approval.
