Resignation Details and Implications

Following her resignation, Mrs. Neeru Singh ceases to be a member of the Audit Committee and the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Additionally, she will no longer serve as the Chairperson of the Corporate Social Responsibility Committee and the Stakeholders Relationship Committee. Mr. Satish Chander Gupta also concluded his tenure as an Independent Director on the same date.

In her communication, Mrs. Neeru Singh cited recent discussions regarding the review and alteration of the board’s composition in response to feedback from certain investors. She emphasized her respect for the prerogative of the management and investors in these matters. Conversely, Mr. Satish Chander Gupta stated that his resignation was due to personal reasons. The company has officially confirmed that no other material issues or undisclosed reasons influenced these departures.
