For the financial year ended March 31, 2026, Craftsman Automation achieved consolidated revenue from operations of ₹8,06,927 lakh, a notable increase compared to ₹5,69,048 lakh in the previous year. The company’s annual consolidated profit for the period rose to ₹38,399 lakh, up from ₹20,087 lakh in the previous fiscal year. On a standalone basis, annual revenue stood at ₹4,81,808 lakh with an annual profit of ₹22,147 lakh.
Segment-Wise Operational Growth
The company continues to see strong momentum across its business units. The Aluminium Products segment remains a primary growth driver, contributing ₹4,78,875 lakh to consolidated annual revenue. The Powertrain segment also demonstrated significant strength, recording an annual revenue of ₹2,17,890 lakh. The Industrial & Engineering segment added ₹1,10,162 lakh to the consolidated top line, highlighting a diversified and resilient operational model.
Dividend and Strategic Developments
Reflecting confidence in its financial health, the Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of 225%, or ₹11.25 per share, for the year ended March 31, 2026. Furthermore, the company is actively pursuing strategic growth, including a composite scheme of arrangement involving the amalgamation of its subsidiary, DR Axion India Limited, into Sunbeam Lightweighting Solutions Limited, aimed at streamlining operations and enhancing corporate efficiency.
