Larsen & Toubro’s Buildings & Factories (B&F) vertical has announced multiple Large category project wins across three Indian states. These orders, spanning residential developments in Hyderabad, Mumbai, and Karnataka, involve high-rise construction, luxury residential towers, and villa complexes. The projects represent significant additions to the company’s order book, further solidifying its expertise in complex EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) solutions within the domestic real-estate market.

Expanding Residential Footprint

Larsen & Toubro (L&T) has successfully secured a series of new contracts for its Buildings & Factories business. These projects, classified as Large orders, involve diverse developments across Hyderabad, Mumbai, and Karnataka. The projects showcase L&T’s capability in delivering high-specification residential infrastructure through its proven EPC business model.

Details of Project Wins

The company provided details on the scope of work for the three key areas of development:

  • Hyderabad: Design and construction of 10 high-rise residential towers, each reaching up to 180 metres, featuring two basements and 55 floors, including two clubhouses.
  • Worli, Mumbai: Construction of a luxury high-rise residential tower encompassing 260 metres in height, with a core structure featuring five basements and 63 floors.
  • Karnataka: Construction of several residential villas and a luxury hotel, including the RCC shell and core structure along with associated finishes.

These wins reinforce L&T’s standing as a leading multinational in the EPC sector. The B&F business vertical continues to leverage its extensive domain knowledge to execute complex structures, ranging from high-rise residential and commercial spaces to specialized industrial facilities such as data centres, airports, and new energy infrastructure like solar and battery storage plants.
