For the financial year ended March 31, 2026, Brigade Enterprises achieved a consolidated total income of ₹5,90,901 lakhs, compared to ₹5,31,354 lakhs in the previous year. The consolidated net profit for the year stood at ₹72,476 lakhs, up from ₹68,047 lakhs in the prior fiscal period. For the final quarter, the company recorded a revenue of ₹1,45,760 lakhs.
Strategic Corporate Actions
In a move to reward shareholders, the Board has recommended a final dividend of ₹2 per equity share (20%) of ₹10 each. Additionally, the company has proposed a 1:3 bonus issue, where eligible shareholders will receive one bonus equity share for every three fully paid-up shares held on a record date to be announced. This bonus issue is expected to be completed on or before July 5, 2026.
Capital Expansion
To support its long-term growth and capital requirements, the company has approved an increase in its authorized share capital from ₹250 crore to ₹400 crore. This amendment to the Memorandum of Association will be subject to member approval via a postal ballot.

The company continues to see strong momentum across its core business pillars. For the year ended March 31, 2026, the Real Estate segment contributed significantly to the revenue with ₹3,96,985 lakhs, followed by Leasing at ₹1,29,707 lakhs and the Hospitality division generating ₹59,561 lakhs. These segments remain pivotal to Brigade’s diversified operational model as it expands its footprint in the urban infrastructure and commercial space.
