Strategic Growth Drivers

Management attributed the positive momentum to the revival in demand within the Decorative segment, which continued to gain traction throughout the quarter. Key growth drivers, including new product launches, construction chemicals, wood finishes, and various project-based work, all contributed positively to the overall performance. In the Industrial space, demand remained robust, specifically led by the Automotive sector, where the company maintained a competitive edge over the market.

Future Outlook and Dividend

The Board of Directors has recommended a dividend of 250%, amounting to ₹2.50 per equity share for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. Looking ahead, while the long-term demand outlook for the paint industry remains positive due to anticipated growth in infrastructure and the real estate sector, management noted that they are closely monitoring rising raw material costs caused by geopolitical factors and currency fluctuations. The company has already initiated strategic price increases to mitigate these inflationary pressures.
