The exit from Race Polymer Arts LLP was finalized on September 29, 2025, with Shreeyam Ceramics LLP continuing the business. Similarly, Cera has divested from Packcart Packaging LLP, with new partners taking over the business. This strategic move marks Cera’s exit from these ventures.

Divestment from Race Polymer Arts LLP

Cera Sanitaryware Limited has officially retired from Race Polymer Arts LLP effective September 29, 2025. An agreement was executed, confirming the retirement of Cera, with Shreeyam Ceramics LLP continuing the operations of Race Polymer Arts LLP. This divestment means Race Polymer Arts LLP is no longer a subsidiary LLP of Cera Sanitaryware Limited.

Terms of Race Polymer Arts LLP Divestment

The consideration received by Cera for the sale of its stake in Race Polymer Arts LLP is Rs 16.50 crores. The buyer, Shreeyam Ceramics LLP, already held a 49% stake and now possesses 100% ownership. The turnover of Race Polymer Arts LLP for the year ended March 31, 2025, was Rs. 43.67 crores, constituting approximately 2.27% of the consolidated turnover of Cera. The net worth of Race Polymer Arts LLP was Rs. 27.09 crores, accounting for about 1.98% of Cera’s consolidated net worth.

Divestment from Packcart Packaging LLP

Cera Sanitaryware Limited has also divested its stake from Packcart Packaging LLP, effective September 29, 2025. Cera Sanitaryware Limited and Ms. Kinjal Bhatt both retired as partners and new partners have been admitted. Consequently, Packcart Packaging LLP is no longer a subsidiary of Cera Sanitaryware Limited.

Terms of Packcart Packaging LLP Divestment

The consideration received for the sale of its stake in Packcart Packaging LLP is Rs. 2.51 crores. The stake was acquired by Mr. Paresh Patel and Mr. Parixit Patel. The turnover of Packcart Packaging LLP for the year ended March 31, 2025, was Rs. 12.90 crores, contributing about 0.67% to Cera’s consolidated turnover. The net worth of Packcart Packaging LLP was Rs. 2.92 crores, representing around 0.21% of Cera’s consolidated net worth.
