Firstsource Solutions Reports Strong FY26 Performance with 19.7% Revenue Growth

Firstsource Solutions has announced its financial results for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March 2026. The company achieved a strong performance, reporting an annual revenue of ₹95,564 million, marking a 19.7% year-on-year increase. Profit after tax also saw healthy growth, reaching ₹7,543 million. Annual Financial Highlights

For the financial year ended 31st March 2026, Firstsource delivered robust growth. Total revenue reached ₹95,564 million, representing a 19.7% year-on-year increase. The company’s EBIT stood at ₹11,221 million, showcasing a margin of 11.7%, reflecting a 70bps year-on-year expansion. Profit after tax for the year was ₹7,543 million, a growth of 26.9% compared to the previous year, with diluted earnings per share reaching ₹9.56.

Q4FY26 Performance Snapshot

The final quarter of the fiscal year maintained the positive momentum. Revenue for Q4FY26 was reported at ₹25,835 million (US$ 283 million), reflecting a 19.5% year-on-year growth. EBIT for the quarter reached ₹3,143 million, achieving a margin of 12.2%. This represents a 30bps improvement in margins sequentially from the previous quarter, driven by the company’s focus on high-value, AI-infused business processes.

Strategic Growth and Outlook

Firstsource continues to differentiate itself through its Full-Stack Intelligence Operator model, which integrates consulting, implementation, and operations. The company’s deep domain expertise is reflected in its diverse revenue distribution, with Healthcare (34.4%), Banking & Financial Services (32.2%), and Communications, Media & Technology (19.9%) being key pillars. Looking ahead to FY27, the company has provided revenue growth guidance of 10-13% in constant currency and expects an EBIT margin in the range of 12.25-12.75%, as it continues to capitalize on its Kairos operating system for AI-native operations.
