FY26 Financial Performance
The company achieved exceptional growth in the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026. Annual revenue surged by 56% to reach ₹2,742 crore, while EBITDA grew by 73% to ₹1,006 crore. Profit After Tax (PAT) also demonstrated robust growth, increasing by 57% to ₹509 crore compared to the previous year. For the Q4 (Jan-Mar) quarter, the company reported a revenue of ₹810 crore, marking a 40% year-on-year growth.
Operational Scaling and Asset Composition
KPI Green Energy continues to aggressively expand its renewable energy portfolio. As of March 31, 2026, the company reached an installed capacity of 1.62 GW, with an additional 4.64 GW currently in various stages of work-in-progress. The total cumulative capacity, including upcoming projects, now stands at approximately 6.26 GW. This growth is supported by a significant land bank of 7,210+ acres and a power evacuation capacity of 3.59 GW.
Strategic Growth and International Footprint
In addition to domestic success, the company is diversifying its reach internationally. Key developments include a 5 GW capacity target in Botswana (Phase 1: 500 MW), a strategic partnership in South Korea focused on the green hydrogen ecosystem, and a BESS-integrated solar project in the UAE. Furthermore, the company has secured vital inter-state and intra-state trading licenses, enabling participation in Pan-India power markets to optimize revenue and market access.
Technological Innovation
To enhance operational efficiency, KPI Green has deployed over 785 solar panel cleaning robots. These robots, supported by in-house R&D, utilize water-less dry cleaning technology, ensuring maximum uptime and sustainable O&M practices. The company’s Network Operation Centre, powered by IBM Maximo Renewables, provides centralized real-time monitoring and diagnostic control for its extensive solar and wind asset base.
