KPI Green Energy Limited Reports Highest-Ever Revenue and Strong FY26 Performance

KPI Green Energy Limited has announced strong financial results for the year ended March 31, 2026. The company achieved its eighth consecutive quarter of record-breaking revenue and its highest-ever annual performance. Consolidated total revenue for FY 2025-26 reached ₹2,742 crore, a 56% growth year-on-year, with profit after tax (PAT) rising 57% to ₹509 crore. The company also announced a total dividend of ₹0.40 per share for the fiscal year.

Record-Breaking Financial Growth

KPI Green Energy has maintained robust growth momentum, culminating in a strong performance for Q4 and the full fiscal year 2025-26. In the fourth quarter, total revenue hit ₹810 crore, representing a 40% growth compared to the same period in the previous year. For the full year, the company’s total revenue surged to ₹2,742 crore, supported by aggressive execution in solar, wind, and hybrid renewable energy projects.

Profitability and Operational Efficiency

Profitability metrics also saw significant improvement, with EBITDA rising by 73% to ₹1,006 crore for FY 2025-26. The company reported a Profit Before Tax (PBT) of ₹691 crore, a 57% increase over the previous fiscal year. This sustained profitability underscores the company’s improved scale of operations, disciplined cost management, and operational efficiencies.

Strategic Milestones and Future Outlook

The past year was marked by key strategic achievements, including the successful energization of 965 MWp out of a 2.17 GWp total IPP portfolio. Furthermore, the company secured a significant ₹979 crore sanction from Canara Bank for its 150 MW GUVNL wind IPP project and marked its entry into utility-scale storage with a 445 MW / 890 MWh standalone BESS project. Additionally, the company made history by issuing and listing India’s first externally credit-enhanced green bond, valued at ₹670 crore, on the National Stock Exchange.

Dividend Recommendation

Reflecting its commitment to shareholder value, the Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of ₹0.25 per equity share along with a special dividend of ₹0.15 per equity share, totaling ₹0.40 per share (face value of ₹5/- each) for the financial year 2025-26, subject to shareholder approval.
