SRF Limited Robust Growth in FY26 with ₹15,787 Crore Revenue

SRF Limited has announced strong financial results for the year ended March 31, 2026, reporting a consolidated annual revenue of ₹15,787 crore. The company achieved an annual Profit After Tax (PAT) of ₹1,835 crore, reflecting a significant 46.7% year-on-year growth. Despite a challenging global environment, the company maintained strong operational performance, driven by its chemicals business, which contributed 49% to the total annual revenue.

Financial Highlights of FY26

For the full financial year 2025-26, SRF Limited delivered a resilient performance. The company reported a Gross Operating Revenue of ₹15,786.5 crore, up 7.4% from the previous year. The consolidated EBIDTA stood at ₹3,705 crore, marking a substantial 24.7% increase. Profitability also saw a major uptick, with the Profit After Tax reaching ₹1,835.2 crore, representing a 46.7% growth compared to FY25.

Performance by Business Segment

The Chemicals Business remains the company’s primary growth engine, contributing 49% of the total revenue with ₹7,779 crore and 75.2% of the total EBIT. The Performance Films & Foil segment contributed 37% to the total revenue, while Technical Textiles accounted for 14%. The diverse portfolio has enabled the company to navigate market fluctuations effectively.

Strategic Outlook and Investments

SRF Limited continues to prioritize innovation, evidenced by 521 patents applied and 156 global patents granted. Key strategic developments include an enhanced investment in the Odisha site to approximately ₹2,300 crore, which covers a new HF plant and HFO facility. Furthermore, a debottlenecking project at Dahej is underway to expand HFC capacity, positioning the company for continued volume growth and margin improvement in the upcoming quarters.

The company maintains a strong global footprint with 16 manufacturing facilities across India, Thailand, South Africa, and Hungary. With a workforce exceeding 9,500 employees, SRF remains committed to excellence in its core segments, including fluorochemicals, specialty chemicals, and technical textiles, serving customers in over 90 countries.
