RITES Limited Senior Management Reshuffle Following Vertical Restructuring

RITES Limited has announced a strategic restructuring of its business verticals effective May 5, 2026. The company has reconstituted its Building sub-unit into a dedicated Building Vertical and created a new AP (Airports and Ports) Vertical. As part of this organizational shift, senior management roles have been realigned to lead these newly established units, ensuring focused growth and operational efficiency in key infrastructure sectors.

Leadership Changes in Key Verticals

Following the restructuring, Shri Anoop Sharma, formerly Regional Head of NRPO (Gurgaon), has been appointed as the Vertical Head for the newly created AP (Airports and Ports) Vertical, effective May 5, 2026. Concurrently, Shri Navneet Kumar has assumed the role of Regional Head/NRPO, bringing his extensive expertise to the position. Shri Pankaj Chaudhary will continue his leadership as the Vertical Head of the Building Vertical.

Profile of Shri Navneet Kumar

Shri Navneet Kumar, who joins the company’s senior management team, is a qualified engineer with over 23 years of experience in project management, cost estimation, and operations. His track record includes significant contributions to major infrastructure projects, including work for the Uranium Corporation of India Limited and extensive involvement in railway electrification projects. He has also been instrumental in the development of prestigious institutional projects, including major Central Universities and institutional hubs like JNU and DU.
