SRF Limited: Receives Approvals for Promoter Group Reclassification

SRF Limited has received no-objection certificates (NOCs) from both the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE) and BSE Limited for the reclassification of SMK Wellness Private Limited from the ‘Promoter Group’ category to the ‘Public’ category. This reclassification is in compliance with regulations outlined by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI). The approvals were granted on September 26, 2025.

Reclassification Approval Received

SRF Limited announced that it has received the necessary approvals from the NSE and BSE for the reclassification of a shareholder. Specifically, SMK Wellness Private Limited will be reclassified from the ‘Promoter Group’ to the ‘Public’ category.

Details of the Reclassification

The no-objection certificates were issued by BSE Limited vide letter LIST/COMP/SM/473/2025-26 and by the National Stock Exchange of India Limited vide letter NSE/LIST/COMP/SRF/501/2025-2026, both dated September 26, 2025. This reclassification is in accordance with Regulation 31A of SEBI’s regulations.
