Syngene International Q4 and FY2026 Financial Results and Dividend Announcement

Syngene International has released its audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. For the financial year ended March 31, 2026, Syngene International recorded a consolidated revenue of Rs. 37,387 million, compared to Rs. 36,424 million in the previous year. The consolidated profit for the year stood at Rs. 3,167 million. In the fourth quarter (January-March 2026), the company achieved a consolidated revenue of Rs. 10,365 million and a profit of Rs. 1,479 million.

Dividend Recommendation

Reflecting its commitment to shareholder value, the Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 1.25 per equity share of face value Rs. 10/- for the financial year 2025-26. The company has designated June 26, 2026, as the record date for determining the eligibility of shareholders for this dividend payment.

Strategic Appointments and Governance

The company announced the appointment of M/s S. R. Batliboi & Associates LLP as the new statutory auditor. Subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming 33rd Annual General Meeting, the firm will serve a 5-year term, spanning from the conclusion of the 2026 meeting until the 2031 Annual General Meeting.

Upcoming Annual General Meeting

The company has scheduled its 33rd Annual General Meeting to be held on July 29, 2026. Shareholders will receive formal notice of the meeting in due course, covering the agenda items approved by the Board during the meeting held on April 29, 2026.
