Mr. Agarwal’s responsibilities cover a broad spectrum, including managing customer service and process functions, supervising physical distribution channels, and enhancing product penetration. He also spearheads initiatives targeting the millennial segment within Retail Banking, emphasizing customer engagement, cross-sell strategies, and need-based solutions.
