Redemption of Existing Debentures

These debentures, which were originally transferred from Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Limited, reached maturity on January 30, 2026. The company completed the interest payment of ₹33,97,50,000 (net of taxes) and the full principal redemption of ₹500 crore on the scheduled maturity date, finalizing the obligations for this specific instrument.
