Indian Bank will conduct its 20th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Wednesday, June 17, 2026. To ensure accessibility for all shareholders, the meeting will be held through Video Conferencing (VC) and other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). This virtual format allows stakeholders to participate remotely while reviewing the bank’s operational and financial updates.
Dividend and Book Closure Schedule
The bank has confirmed that the Record Date for determining shareholder eligibility for the proposed dividend payment is June 10, 2026. Following this, the bank will observe a Book Closure period starting from Thursday, June 11, 2026, through Wednesday, June 17, 2026, inclusive of both dates. During this window, the transfer books will remain closed to facilitate the processing of the dividend.
Approval Requirements
While the board has finalized the meeting dates and the record date, the final distribution of the dividend remains subject to approval by the shareholders during the Annual General Meeting.
