Strategic Human Resources Appointment

In addition to leadership continuity, the company has onboarded Anshu Mordia as the new Chief Human Resource Officer, effective April 29, 2026. Bringing nearly two decades of experience, Ms. Mordia joins STL from FCM Travel India. Her career includes pivotal leadership roles at global organizations such as DP World, Maersk Tankers, and FedEx Express. In her new capacity, she will focus on driving organizational transformation, enhancing leadership readiness, and refining talent management strategies to accelerate the company’s growth trajectory.

Ankit Agarwal brings extensive experience from his prior tenure at Vedanta, where he played a key role in the $8.6 billion acquisition of Cairn India. His academic background includes degrees from the University of Southern California and the London Business School. Meanwhile, Anshu Mordia holds an MBA from the Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development (SCMHRD), positioning her to lead the company’s human resources initiatives effectively.
