Skipper Limited Reports Record Revenue and Profit Growth for FY26

Skipper Limited has announced its strongest financial performance to date, with annual revenue crossing ₹55,528 million, a 20% YoY increase. Profit after tax (PAT) jumped 42%, driven by strong operational efficiency and global market expansion. The company closed the year with a record order book of ₹85,020 million, supported by robust demand in the power transmission and polymer sectors, as it continues to scale its international footprint and manufacturing capacity.

Record-Breaking Financial Performance

Skipper Limited delivered an exceptional performance for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026. Annual revenue reached an all-time high of ₹55,528 million, reflecting a 20% growth compared to the previous year. Profitability reached new peaks, with the annual Profit After Tax (PAT) surging by 42% to reach ₹2,073 million. EBITDA margins also saw a positive expansion, reaching 10.3%, attributed to higher contract quality and improved operational leverage.

Quarterly Highlights

The final quarter of the year, Q4 FY26, was particularly strong, with revenue hitting ₹16,666 million—the highest in the company’s history. Quarterly PAT recorded a significant 70% year-on-year increase to ₹756 million. EBITDA for the quarter stood at ₹1,734 million, marking a 40% growth compared to Q4 FY25, with margins improving to 10.4%.

Order Book and Strategic Growth

The company enters the new fiscal year with a robust order book of ₹85,020 million, comprising 90% domestic and 10% export orders. New order inflows for the 12-month period totaled ₹56,780 million, supported by a massive bidding pipeline of approximately ₹330,000 million. Key operational achievements during the year included the commissioning of four 765 kV projects and securing the largest-ever order in the North American market.

Innovation and Global Expansion

Skipper continues to lead the industry through innovation, successfully prototyping the world’s heaviest transmission tower at 293 MT and conducting India’s first testing of Composite Insulated Cross Arms (CICA). Internationally, the company has established Skipper LATAM in Brazil and is finalizing operations in the UAE and USA. Furthermore, capacity expansion plans remain on track, with total installed capacity expected to reach 450,000 MTPA by June 2026.
