Bhd. His professional history also includes valuable stints at Larsen & Toubro Limited and the Defence Research & Development Organisation (DRDO).

Shri Saini possesses a strong academic foundation, holding a master’s degree in Human Resource Management & Labour Relations from the prestigious Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai.
