Skipper Limited Reports Robust Financial Growth for Fiscal Year 2026

Skipper Limited has announced a strong financial performance for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026. The company achieved a standalone revenue of ₹55,528.22 million and a net profit of ₹2,073.25 million. Alongside these positive results, the Board has recommended a dividend of 10% (₹0.10 per share) for the year and approved significant organizational changes, including the elevation of Mr. G.S. Sainath to the position of Chief Business Officer.

Financial Highlights

Skipper Limited demonstrated substantial growth for the full financial year 2025-26. The company recorded a standalone revenue from operations of ₹55,528.22 million, compared to ₹46,244.80 million in the previous year. Net profit for the period rose to ₹2,073.25 million, up from ₹1,458.28 million in the prior fiscal year. Consolidated results mirrored this strong performance, with a net profit attributable to the company reaching ₹2,131.27 million.

Dividend and Shareholder Returns

Recognizing the strong performance, the Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of 10%, amounting to ₹0.10 per equity share with a face value of Re. 1 each. This dividend payout, subject to approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting, reflects the company’s commitment to returning value to its shareholders.

Strategic Leadership Updates

As part of its organizational strategy, the company has elevated Mr. G.S. Sainath, previously the President of the Polymer Division, to the role of Chief Business Officer (CBO) of Skipper Pipes, effective April 28, 2026. Mr. Sainath brings over 30 years of professional experience to this new role, which is expected to further drive the growth and operational efficiency of the pipes division.

Segment Performance

The company’s diverse business segments continued to drive revenue growth. The Engineering Products segment remained the largest contributor with ₹43,590.15 million in revenue, while the Polymer Products and Infrastructure Projects segments generated ₹5,068.99 million and ₹6,869.08 million respectively for the year. The company also reached a settlement regarding disputed entry tax, which was successfully concluded as an exceptional item during the year.
