Brigade Group continues to solidify its footprint in the Southern Indian real estate market with the acquisition of a 5.72-acre land parcel located at Plot 6, Osman Nagar, Hyderabad. The plot was secured through a competitive auction process conducted by the Telangana Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (TGIIC). The deal was finalized at a valuation of Rs. 44 Crores per acre, excluding registration costs.

The company intends to leverage this prime location to develop a new residential project. According to management, the site serves as a strategic fit for the company’s premium development criteria.
