As part of the ongoing reorganization efforts, the company has updated the roles of three key Senior Management Personnel to better align with the evolving business landscape. These changes are designed to leverage the deep expertise of the existing leadership team to drive sustainable growth.
Details of Role Changes
The following leadership updates will take effect on May 1, 2026:
- Mr. Manoj P, previously Chief Sales Officer (Strategic Business), has been re-designated as Chief Evangelist. In this role, he will focus on strategic accounts, employer branding, and the IIMJobs and Hirist client solutions teams.
- Mr. Niraj Kumar Rana, formerly Chief Sales Officer (Naukri – Corporate Sales), has been re-designated as Chief Sales Officer – Naukri. He will lead the integrated sales and growth strategy across Naukri, Branding, IIMJobs, Hirist, and Naukri Campus.
- Mr. Rohit Agrawal, previously Co-Founder of DoSelect and Business Head of First Naukri & Zwayam, has been re-designated as EVP & Business Head – DoSelect & Zwayam, where he will exclusively lead and scale these specific business units.
