Rallis India Limited has announced its financial results for the fiscal year 2025-26, reporting a 9% revenue growth to reach ₹2,897 crore. The company achieved its highest-ever EBITDA of ₹362 crore, reflecting an improved margin of 12.5%. This robust performance was driven by broad-based growth across its core business segments, including Crop Care, Seeds, and B2B operations, alongside strategic cost optimization initiatives.
Annual Financial Performance
During FY26, Rallis India Limited demonstrated resilient performance, with total revenue climbing to ₹2,897 crore from ₹2,663 crore in the previous year. The company’s Profit After Tax (PAT) also saw significant improvement, rising to ₹184 crore compared to ₹125 crore in the prior year. Management attributed these results to focused execution and a diversified portfolio that navigated varying demand conditions throughout the year.
Segment-Wise Growth Drivers
The company saw strong performance across its key divisions:
- Crop Care Business: Recorded 8% growth, with Domestic Formulations contributing a steady 5% increase.
- B2B Exports: Expanded by 17%, supported by increased volumes in the International Business Division and better price realisations.
- Seeds Business: Achieved 15% growth despite supply constraints, while the Soil and Plant Health (SPH) segment grew by 8%.
Fourth Quarter Highlights
In Q4 FY26 (January–March), the company recorded 6% year-on-year revenue growth. Key operational achievements for the quarter include the launch of two new insecticides, Fiplam and Alstor, and the attainment of highest-ever production levels for select products. Moving forward, the company remains committed to strengthening its innovation pipeline and digital capabilities to ensure long-term sustainable growth.
