The consolidated net profit for the year stands at ₹655.72 crore, reflecting stable operational growth. The company reported basic earnings per share of ₹5.96 for the full year.

Dividend and Annual General Meeting

The Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of ₹0.25 per equity share (face value of ₹1) for the 2025-26 financial year. The company has fixed June 12, 2026, as the ‘Record Date’ to determine shareholder eligibility. The dividend is expected to be paid on or after June 26, 2026, pending formal approval at the 21st Annual General Meeting, which is set to take place on June 25, 2026, via video conferencing.

The company continues to manage its core business of selling and distributing natural gas. Management noted that it is currently monitoring the implementation of new Labour Codes, which resulted in a liability increase of ₹7.42 crore during the year. Furthermore, the company clarified its position regarding ongoing legal matters involving a non-executive director, confirming that the company is not named in the proceedings and that these matters have no impact on its financial standing.
