The Supreme Industries Limited Audited Financial Results and Final Dividend Recommendation for FY 2025-26

The Supreme Industries Limited has reported its financial performance for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. The Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of 1250%, amounting to Rs. 25 per share, bringing the total dividend for the year to 1800% or Rs. 36 per share. The company also announced leadership continuity and the appointment of a new statutory auditor for the next five years.

Financial Highlights

For the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026, the company achieved a robust consolidated revenue from operations of Rs. 11,217.68 crore, compared to Rs. 10,446.25 crore in the previous year. The consolidated profit after tax for the year stood at Rs. 953.98 crore. In the final quarter, the company recorded a consolidated revenue of Rs. 3,527.66 crore and a profit after tax of Rs. 433.57 crore.

Dividend Declaration

Reflecting strong performance, the Board of Directors recommended a final dividend of Rs. 25 per equity share (1250% of face value). Combined with the interim dividend of Rs. 11 per share, the total dividend payout for the year reaches Rs. 36 per share. The 84th Annual General Meeting is scheduled for July 3, 2026, to seek member approval for the final dividend.

Strategic Appointments and Governance

The company has appointed MSKA & Associates LLP as the new Statutory Auditors for a term of five consecutive years, effective from the conclusion of the 84th Annual General Meeting through to the 89th Annual General Meeting. Furthermore, the Board confirmed the reappointment of Shri V.K. Taparia as Executive Director, subject to shareholder approval.

Operations Update

The company noted a one-time impact of Rs. 14.40 crore recorded in accordance with new labour regulations. Additionally, the company highlighted successful business operations across its core segments, including Plastics Piping Products, which remains a primary revenue driver, contributing Rs. 7,775.84 crore to the consolidated annual revenue.
