Mr. Dodeja is a seasoned professional with more than 21 years of experience across the insurance landscape. Throughout his career, he has developed extensive expertise in Claims, Underwriting, Product Strategy, Risk Management, and Technology. Having been an integral member of the CHIL team for the past 15 years, he was instrumental in establishing the company’s core operational frameworks in claims and risk management.
Prior to his elevation to the Board, he served as the Chief Operating Officer at CHIL, where he managed all service operations. A Chartered Accountant by qualification and a graduate of Jaihind College, Mumbai, his career also includes a significant tenure at ICICI Lombard General Insurance Co. Ltd, where he held various corporate management positions in technology and operations.
