KPI Green Energy Limited has officially expanded its corporate structure with the launch of its latest subsidiary, KPGC Global Corporation IFSC Private Limited. The entity, which is fully owned by the parent company, was formally incorporated on April 23, 2026. This development aligns with the company’s efforts to enhance its internal administrative and financial capabilities.
Focus on Financial Centralization
The primary mandate of this new entity is to function as the Group Resource and Capital Treasury Centre (GRCTC). By establishing this center, KPI Green Energy intends to centralize its treasury functions and streamline various financial management services across the organization. The subsidiary is currently in its nascent stage and is yet to commence commercial operations.
Investment Details
The incorporation of this subsidiary involved an initial capital investment of ₹2,00,00,000 (Rupees Two Crore). This entire sum represents the authorized and subscribed capital, consisting of 20,00,000 equity shares valued at ₹10 each. As a wholly owned subsidiary, KPI Green Energy retains 100% control of the new entity, ensuring full alignment with the group’s overarching strategic and financial goals.
