Niten Malhan has been re-appointed as Non-Executive Independent Director for a second term of five years, starting November 6, 2025. Malhan meets the criteria for independence as per regulatory guidelines.
Secretarial Auditor Appointment
M/s DPV & Associates LLP has been appointed as Secretarial Auditors for a term of five years, commencing April 1, 2025.
