Launching JNEXT Technology Center
On April 24, 2026, JSW Motors and Tata Elxsi announced a formal alliance to establish the JNEXT – JSW NextGen Technology Center in Pune. This dedicated engineering hub will serve as the engine for developing software-defined, AI-powered mobility solutions, focusing on the industry’s rapid shift toward connected and electrified vehicle ecosystems.
Strategic Collaboration Objectives
The partnership focuses on integrating advanced digital and data-driven capabilities into JSW Motors’ upcoming passenger vehicle programs. Tata Elxsi will lead the end-to-end implementation of the Connected Vehicle Platform and a unified customer experience application. The center will integrate technologies including cloud platforms, over-the-air (OTA) frameworks, digital twins, and AI/ML analytics, alongside immersive technologies like AR/VR/XR to enhance the user experience.
Advancing Vehicle Engineering
The collaboration aims to enhance quality and innovation in JSW Motors’ future vehicle portfolio, including electric, hybrid, and plug-in hybrid models.
