The merger, finalized through an absorption process, was approved by the NCLT on April 21, 2026. Persistent Systems Limited has successfully concluded the legal process to merge Arrka Infosec Private Limited into its core business operations. As a wholly-owned subsidiary, Arrka Infosec has now been absorbed into the holding company, further simplifying the corporate structure. The order for this merger was issued by the NCLT, Mumbai, on April 21, 2026, following the notification received by the company via email that same evening.

Next Steps

While the court order has been officially issued, the company is currently awaiting receipt of the certified copy of the document. Once obtained, Persistent Systems will formally submit the certification to the relevant stock exchanges.
