Tata Communications Fiscal Year 2026 Earnings Show Digital Growth and Strategic Expansion

Tata Communications concluded the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026, reporting robust growth in its digital portfolio, which grew by 19.2% YoY in the final quarter. The company crossed the ₹21,000 crore mark in total data revenue for the year. Additionally, the Board has recommended a final dividend of ₹17.50 per share. The company continues to advance its AI-ready infrastructure and expand its global digital ecosystem.

Financial Highlights

For the quarter ending March 31, 2026, Tata Communications achieved a consolidated gross revenue of ₹6,554 crore, reflecting a 9.4% year-on-year growth. Data services remained the primary engine, with revenues reaching ₹5,684 crore in Q4. For the full fiscal year, consolidated revenue stood at ₹24,802.72 crore, compared to ₹23,108.59 crore in the previous year. The company’s digital portfolio was a standout performer, growing 16.7% on an annual basis to reach ₹10,621 crore.

Strategic Dividends and Management Changes

Recognizing the company’s performance, the Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of ₹17.50 per share for the 2026 fiscal year. In tandem with its financial objectives, the company is strengthening its leadership team. Mr. Vivek Manglik has been appointed as the new Executive Vice President for the Interaction Fabric segment, effective May 4, 2026. Furthermore, the company announced the upcoming retirement of Mr. Mukul Kumar, Head of ESG, on April 30, 2026.

Future-Focused Investments and Governance

Tata Communications continues to solidify its global footprint. A notable expansion included the acquisition of a 51% stake in Commotion, Inc. on December 1, 2025, aimed at scaling productivity for digital workforces. To ensure sustained audit excellence, the company’s Board has also recommended the appointment of Deloitte Haskins & Sells Chartered Accountants LLP as statutory auditors for a five-year term, spanning from the conclusion of the 2027 Annual General Meeting through the 2032 Annual General Meeting.
