The company confirmed that all funds raised, totaling Rs. 499.999 Crores, have been managed in strict alignment with the objects defined during the fund-raising process. The monitoring of these funds is overseen by India Ratings & Research Private Limited.

Breakdown of Capital Deployment

The company raised funds to drive growth across three key areas. As of the quarter ended March 31, 2026, the utilization status is as follows:

  • Acquisition of land and development rights: Rs. 188.00 Crores allocated, with Rs. 136.25 Crores utilized.
  • Deployment in projects: Rs. 187.99 Crores allocated, with no current utilization reported.
  • General corporate purposes: Rs. 124.00 Crores allocated, with no current utilization reported.

Warrant Conversion Update

In addition to the initial funding, the company provided an update regarding its convertible warrants. During the quarter ended December 31, 2025, the company successfully received and utilized INR 125.00 Crores as upfront consideration. Furthermore, in the quarter ending March 31, 2026, an additional INR 11.25 Crores was realized through the exercise of 352,941 warrants. The remaining balance of the 11,411,764 total warrants is expected to be converted into equity shares by holders within the 18-month tenure of the issuance.
