By partnering with Zamoto Manufacturing Limited, the company is introducing a diverse portfolio of eight products to cater to both commercial and personal mobility needs. Strategic Market Entry

On April 20, 2026, TVS Motor Company announced its official entry into Zambia. This move is designed to strengthen the company’s footprint in Africa by leveraging a local partnership with Zamoto Manufacturing Limited. The distributor will manage sales, service, and spare parts networks across three primary outlets nationwide to ensure a seamless ownership experience for Zambian customers.

Diverse Product Portfolio

The company is launching eight distinct models categorized into three strategic pillars to meet local demands:

  • Taxi & Commercial Segment: Featuring the ‘workhorse of Africa,’ the TVS HLX series (HLX KS/ES, HLX 125 5G, and HLX 150 5G), engineered for durability and low maintenance in taxi and delivery operations.
  • Personal Mobility Segment: The TVS ZT 125 and TVS NTORQ 125, designed for urban commuters seeking comfort and modern technology.
  • Premium Segment: The Apache RTR 180, RTR 200, and the flagship Apache RR 310, bringing world-class racing performance to the region.
