On April 20, 2026, Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels Limited (ASPHL) confirmed its foray into two of India’s most significant spiritual hubs. By signing agreements for Zone Connect by The Park, Ayodhya and Zone Connect by The Park, Ujjain, the company is executing a focused growth strategy to tap into the rising demand for quality hospitality infrastructure within key pilgrimage circuits.

Details of the New Properties

The upcoming properties are designed to offer contemporary and comfortable stay experiences tailored to the needs of modern travellers. The Ayodhya hotel will feature 56 well-appointed rooms and is located in close proximity to the Ram Janmabhoomi site and the Maharishi Valmiki International Airport. Guests will have access to an all-day dining restaurant, a rooftop restaurant, a swimming pool, a fitness center, and banquet facilities.

The Ujjain property will provide 64 well-appointed rooms, positioned conveniently near the Mahakaleshwar Jyotirlinga Temple and Ujjain Railway Station. This facility will also house a restaurant, swimming pool, and dedicated fitness and wellness amenities to ensure a premium experience for visitors.
