The company posted a significant increase in consolidated annual revenue to ₹3,331.42 crore, compared to ₹1,597.75 crore in the previous year. Net profit for the year reached ₹478.70 crore, reflecting substantial growth over the prior year’s profit of ₹229.16 crore. The Board also approved the re-appointment of its statutory auditors and the appointment of new internal auditors.

For the fiscal year 2025-26, Waaree Renewable Technologies achieved robust financial growth. The company’s consolidated annual revenue from operations surged to ₹3,331.42 crore, marking a substantial increase from ₹1,597.75 crore in the previous financial year. The consolidated net profit attributable to the owners of the parent stood at ₹478.70 crore, compared to ₹229.16 crore in FY 2024-25.

In the quarter ended March 31, 2026, the company reported revenue from operations of ₹1,102.40 crore, up from ₹476.58 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. Net profit for the final quarter reached ₹155.71 crore, indicating a steady growth trajectory compared to ₹93.77 crore in the Q4 of the prior year. Earnings per share for the year FY 2025-26 stood at ₹45.91.

Strategic Appointments and Governance

During the recent board meeting held on April 16, 2026, the company finalized key administrative decisions. M/s KC Mehta & Co. LLP has been appointed as the internal auditor for the financial year 2026-27. Furthermore, the board approved the re-appointment of M/s KKC & Associates LLP as statutory auditors for a term of five consecutive years, spanning from the conclusion of the 27th Annual General Meeting to the 32nd Annual General Meeting, subject to shareholder approval.

Segment Analysis

The company’s operations continue to be driven by its primary EPC Contracts segment, which contributed ₹3,304.87 crore to the total revenue for FY 2025-26. The Power Sale segment contributed ₹26.55 crore to the annual revenue, highlighting the company’s balanced focus on its core engineering projects while maintaining its presence in power generation.
