Ms. Naidu holds over 29 years of experience in the international financial services industry. Currently, she serves as the CEO, Asia-Pacific for Zurich Insurance Group and is a member of the Group Executive team. Her distinguished career includes a 14-year tenure at Prudential Plc, where she held various executive leadership roles, including Executive Director of UK & Offshore.
Academic and Strategic Qualifications
Beyond her executive responsibilities, Ms. Naidu possesses deep expertise in Strategy, Credit, Insurance, and Information Technology—with a specialized focus on Cybersecurity and Risk Management. She is an alumna of the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, where she earned a Post Graduate Diploma in Management, and holds a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, and Statistics from Nizam College, Hyderabad.
