The commercial operation is effective from September 26, 2025. With this addition, the total installed and commercial capacity of NTPC will reach 60,705 MW & 83,863 MW respectively.

NTPC Limited announced the commencement of commercial operations for a portion of its Nokh Solar PV Project in Rajasthan. Specifically, 167 MW out of the total 245 MW capacity at Plot-1 has been successfully commissioned.

Impact on NTPC’s Capacity
