Following an internal assessment and official order dated April 13, 2026, IDBI Bank has elevated three high-ranking officials to the position of Executive Director. The bank confirmed the promotions of Shri Murukesh Kumar E.P., Shri Ranjan Kumar Rath, and Shri Manjunath Pai, all of whom bring over two decades of professional experience within the institution.
Executive Profiles
The newly appointed leaders hold diverse academic backgrounds and have extensive experience across key operational departments:
- Shri Murukesh Kumar E.P. holds a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA in Operations Management. He has previously managed operations at DIFC-Dubai and the Bank’s Mid and Large Corporate Groups. He is slated to superannuate on April 30, 2034.
- Shri Ranjan Kumar Rath, an M.A. in Political Science and CAIIB holder, has focused his career on the Retail Banking Group, covering branches, corporate offices, and liability divisions. His scheduled superannuation is April 30, 2036.
- Shri Manjunath Pai is a B.Sc graduate with specialized certifications in depository operations and mutual funds. He has extensive experience in Branch Operations Support and Policy Departments. He is set to superannuate on July 31, 2030.
